Our Lifetime Mentoring Guarantee

Positive Real Estate guarantee that if a Mentoring client has not created more than double the cost of the program in new equity in their portfolio within 24 months of starting the program, then we will refund the cost of joining.

This guarantee is offered nationally and is subject to the client abiding by the terms and conditions of the program, particularly the performance criteria outlined under the term called Engagement where the enrolee agrees to read, practice, research, perform, submit and complete all tasks associated with the Lifetime Mentoring Program which includes attending workshops, appointments and implementing the agreed strategy to improve their knowledge and position.

The guarantee takes effect as soon as head office has received the completed and signed Mentoring Application form and payment has been processed.
