Located in every state and territory of Australia, the Head Property Coaches hold their Australian Credit License and are authorised credit representatives under s64(1) of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009. They offer clear cut, jargon- free, concise and savvy property investing and finance strategies to ensure all client’s portfolios achieve optimum capital growth and allowing clients to continually move forward with their property investing journey.

Every month this experienced and highly inspiring group of investors runs the two-hour complimentary Property Investor Night seminars that are open for any interested investor to attend. Additionally it offers an opportunity for interested property investors to meet and network with like-minded people.
The investing education team also facilitate and are the Coaches for Positive Real Estate’s Lifetime Mentoring Program; a first class real estate investment education program that provides investors with a lifetime of personalised support and guidance on their investing journey. In this program the Coaches work one-on-one with clients to tailor step-by-step investing plans that take the client’s personal goals and financial capacity into account; helping them select the most secure and highly profitable property opportunities in Australia.

Duncan Buchanan – QLD and NT Head Coach.
Duncan has been investing in property since 1992 and now controls a diversified property portfolio throughout the country. With a background including over 17 years in the military and experience as a fully accredited Finance Broker, Duncan knows the value of being surrounded by like-minded people and having expert support. Duncan now runs the Lifetime Mentoring Program which provides coaching and support for Mentoring clients throughout QLD and the NT.
Naomi Beaumont ACT and NSW Head Coach
Naomi Beaumont has an absolute passion for finance and property; two items she believes go hand in hand. As a highly regarded speaker, coach and strategist with over 12 years in the property and finance industry, Naomi can offer you a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and intricacies of all the areas of investing in property. She starting investing in property at 23 years old and has created multimillion dollar portfolios for hundreds of her clients, using the successful strategies taught in Positive Real Estate’s Lifetime Mentoring Program.
Tabitha Bright VIC and TAS Head Coach
Tabitha has been passionately investing in property for the last 8 years. Originally from NZ, she has now lived in Melbourne for 12 years and together with her partner Vin, has built a multi-million dollar property portfolio utilizing various strategies including positive cash-flow, discount deals, no-money down and strata subdividing blocks of units. Tabitha Bright is also the Head Property Coach for the Melbourne Mentoring Program.
David has been actively investing in real estate over 10 years and has secured and sold over $3 million worth of property. He and his wife Freda have together purchased investments in four different states and successfully completed a wide rage of transactions including off-the-plan, renovation, value add, discount and no money down deals. He has 15 years experience in management, coaching and training for property and currently runs the Mentoring Program in both South Australia and the Gold Coast.
David and his wife Indra have been investing in property for over seven years. During that time they have bought, sold, renovated and strata titled over 15 properties. David is passionate about assisting and empowering people to achieve their goals in all areas of their lives. David now mentors over 50 Western Australian property investors.
Kerry Lowlett – South West Sydney Coach
Kerry, who has owned a strata management company for the last 16 years, enjoys her position as a Property Investment Coach in the South West Sydney area. She is pleased that she can combine her passion for property investing with building relationships, guiding her clients towards success as they learn the techniques and strategies she herself has used to build a multi-million dollar property portfolio.One of the things Kerry loves most about working with Positive Real Estate is that she is among real estate professionals who are as equally passionate about educating and supporting others as she. Chris Shine – South Queensland Coach
Chris Shine is Positive Real Estate’s Property Investment Coach for the South Queensland region, covering an area extending from Ipswich through Toowoomba to the South and South West of the state. He also supports Duncan Buchanan, Head Coach Queensland/NT across other regions of Queensland, including Brisbane.Ask Chris what satisfies him the most – deep down – about investing and his strong, competitive spirit comes to light when he replies “Getting it proved right after trying your hand against the risks that it may not go right.”It’s this same competitive spirit, as well as a genuine pleasure in the success of his clients that drives Chris as a property coach. Carolyn Weston – Coach for Tasmania
Carolyn Weston’s story is such a story. Five short years ago, Carolyn was a single mum, making a very modest income of $35k, with two young sons dependent upon her to take care of them.Always drawn to property investing, Carolyn had purchased all of the books, attended seminars and learned everything she could possibly learn about investing in property; however it wasn’t until she and her husband split that Carolyn put her knowledge into action by seeking out ways to invest on her own as a single woman.
