Our highly resourceful Acquisitions team are able to find and put together the best deals for our clients and are always looking for people to join this talented group. From meetings with large scale developers to phone calls to small agents, this team is here to find the best deals regardless of where they are located in Australia and New Zealand.

Our Sales team is enthusiastic & energetic with a high level of skill at matching deals to our clients needs, a positive outlook, friendly personality and the ability to always be searching for more opportunities is what we look for  when we need more staff to join the sales department. The sales team need to also have abundant communication skills and a high level of knowledge about every deal they are selling and how it can help the client it is being sold to.

Our Contracts Managers are here to assist clients through the process of buying an investment property, from liaising with Lawyers, finance providers, organising depreciation schedules, organising building and pest inspections and updating clients on the status of their deal. Project managers need a high level of attention to detail & excellent communication skills so that they can clearly and effectively keep clients informed.

Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, GSuite, Nexius, Integromat, Tallend, Big Data, Google BigQuery, Accuity, Agentbox, Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate and Zoom make up just some of the systems this team look after that keeps everyone else able to do their jobs. We say we are a platform business working with world class systems. On the shoulders of giants the rest of the company stands and this is that team.

Finding sites, doing due diligence putting the right design on it making the numbers stack up and then getting the funding together compliantly. This small tight and super experienced team make deals happen on paper and then in reality.
