Customer service policy
It is our policy to process and ship subscription orders within 5 minutes receipt of order, and ship other orders for product purchases within 1-2 business days.
When ordering any physical products, delays may occur if stock is in short supply and in such case, the customer will be notified by e-mail. We will always contact the customer within 24 to 48 hours by phone or email if there are any delays with filling an order and provide information on expected date of shipping. Customers can also check the status of an order by contacting us.
If we are experiencing delays in filling an order and our customer is unhappy and/or inconvenienced, we will accept cancellation of the order and refund all moneys in relation to this order by reimbursing the customers’ credit card or by return cheque within 24 hours of receiving such a request.
If any products have been discontinued and we cannot fulfill an order, we will inform the customer by phone or email within 24 to 48 hours and refund all moneys in relation to this order by reimbursing the credit card or by return cheque.
When paying by cheque, customers should allow three to seven (3-7) days after receipt for the cheque to clear.
Any physical orders such as books are mailed via Australia Post. In some cases we may use couriers for deliveries. We pack all orders with the utmost care to ensure safe shipping. Please allow for extra delivery time for orders in states outside QLD and for orders outside Australia.
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars, and include GST where required.
There is no postage and handling charge charges for online subscriptions or technology purchases.
Any orders for physical products such as books will always have shipping costs clearly communicated with product information.

Payment for all orders
The quality of all products supplied are guaranteed and carry a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (not including shipping & handling) should they fail to meet quality standards or specifications upon which they were promoted and sold.
If for any reason any product, service or subscription supplied by the company is not satisfactory, return it or contact us at info@positiverealestate.com.au within 30 days of the original purchase date with a written explanation of your dissatisfaction of such product, along with proof of purchase, for either an exchange or for a full refund of the original purchase price of the product. The Guarantee does not cover willful damage.
